EU Business Hub – Smart Energy Week Spring 2027 Mission (EU Pavilion)

The EU Business Hub Smart Energy Week mission selects and supports up to 50 European SMEs and start-ups in the renewable energy sector to attend Smart Energy Week Spring 2027 at Tokyo Big Sight. Selected participants join the EU Pavilion and receive business matchmaking, market briefings, cultural and linguistic support, and assistance with exhibition participation. The programme provides partial financial support for certain customised services and accommodation and covers the exhibition fee.

Business matchmaking with pre-arranged meetings, market intelligence sector briefings, cultural and linguistic support (briefings and interpretation/translation support), co-funded customised services (80% up to €1000), hotel accommodation up to €1000 for four nights, coverage of the exhibition fee.

European SMEs and start-ups active in the renewable energy sector (including hydrogen, solar, secondary battery, smart grid, wind, biomass, thermal power).
