Studienkompass

The Studienkompass is a multi-year mentoring and support programme for talented secondary-school students in Germany. It provides targeted individual career and study orientation across the final two school years before the Abitur and the first year of higher education or vocational training. Participants join regional events, mentoring relationships and networking activities. The programme is delivered nationwide with regional cohorts.

Three years of personalised support including mentoring, regional events, career and study orientation, and access to a lifelong network of alumni and regional partners.

The programme supports pupils in the last two school years before the Abitur and the first year of higher education or vocational training.
