DearMen Fellowship 2026

The DearMen Fellowship is a 6-month leadership and personal development programme by Boys Champions, designed for young Nigerian men who are ready to grow, take responsibility, and become active allies for gender equality. Fellows participate in a structured learning journey with leadership development, mentorship, and accountability circles, building skills, emotional intelligence, and networks to drive change. selected fellows receive funding to undertake their community projects and gain access to networks.

Comprehensive leadership and personal development curriculum; mentorship sessions and peer accountability circles; practical tools for emotional well-being and self-awareness; opportunity to design and lead a real community initiative; induction into the National Male Allyship Network for Gender Equality; induction into Boys Champions State Champions Programme.

Open to men aged 18–35 years, residing in Nigeria; genuinely interested in gender equality, mental health, and positive masculinity; ready to commit to virtual and in-person fellowship activities.
