Comunismul la putere. 80 de ani de la instaurarea guvernului Petru Groza, 6 martie 1945

A scientific conference organised by the National Institute for the Study of Totalitarianism (Romanian Academy) marking the 80th anniversary of the establishment of the Petru Groza government. The event brings together historians, researchers, university faculty and doctoral students to present research on the formation of the Groza government, Soviet influence and the process of communization in Romania. It is structured in three sections with presentations and a keynote lecture. The conference is held in hybrid format with both in-person sessions in Bucharest and an online access link.

The conference brings together reputable historians from Romania and Hungary, researchers from the National Institute for the Study of Totalitarianism, university teachers and doctoral candidates.
