Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026

Applications are open for the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2026. The program brings together professionals from Africa and across the Atlantic Basin for leadership training, cross-sector discussions, and networking, culminating in access to the Atlantic Dialogues conference. It offers a fully funded experience in Rabat along with tailored leadership training, workshops, and ongoing alumni engagement.

Fully funded participation in Rabat, tailored leadership training and interactive workshops, integration into the ADEL alumni network, access to the Atlantic Dialogues conference, and engagement with senior decision-makers and experts.

Open to professionals aged 25–35, fluent in English, who are citizens or residents of countries in Africa or across the Atlantic Basin, with significant professional experience and in roles involving responsibility, available for the full program period.
