Women in Global Health Leadership Fellowship 2026-2027

This is a year-long fellowship designed to advance the leadership skills of talented African women who are passionate about gender equity in global health systems. It includes a comprehensive curriculum in global health policy, leadership, knowledge translation and mentorship, with a hybrid delivery of training, workshops and mentorship, supported by a network of mentors.

Identify as a woman; be an early to mid-career professional (5–15 years in public health); possess postgraduate education in Public Health, Health Policy, Health Sciences or related fields; work in a role focused on public health policy, practice, teaching or research; reside and work in Kenya or South Africa; be an African national; be fluent in English; be able to take leave for a one-week in-person leadership academy in early 2027; be able to obtain a valid passport.
