Seoul National University President Fellowship (SPF) Spring 2027

The Seoul National University President Fellowship (SPF) is a fully funded program allowing eligible teaching and instructional staff from developing countries to pursue a PhD at Seoul National University. The fellowship covers tuition, a monthly stipend, airfare, health insurance, Korean language training, and additional support to focus on doctoral studies and research opportunities.

Full tuition fee waiver, monthly living stipend, round-trip economy-class airfare, national health insurance, Korean language training, childcare support where applicable, access to research facilities and supervision

Applicants must be teaching or instructional staff from universities in developing countries, must not already hold a PhD, must hold at least a Master’s degree, and must be admitted as a new PhD student at Seoul National University for Spring 2027.

Apply for admission to a Spring 2027 PhD program through the Seoul National University Admissions Portal and submit the SPF application during the official period.
