ASEFYLS Capacity Training 2026: Fully Funded Asia-Europe Leadership Programme

The ASEFYLS Capacity Training 2026 is part of the ASEF Young Leaders Summit, a leadership development programme for young leaders from Asia and Europe. It combines online training, a community-based project phase, and an international training segment with in-person components in Tromsø, Norway (and possibly the Philippines), focusing on anticipatory leadership and global trends.

Travel support, accommodation and meals during in-person training, access to global experts and networks, participation in leadership workshops and policy discussions, and opportunities to implement community projects.

Applicants must be 18–30 years old, from eligible Asia or Europe countries, active in youth organizations or student associations, have strong English skills, and demonstrate leadership and community engagement.
