Council of Europe Youth Event 2026 in France: New Democratic Pact Program

The Council of Europe Youth Event 2026 is a fully funded international program held in Strasbourg, France, bringing together around 120 young leaders to discuss governance and democracy. It is part of the New Democratic Pact for Europe and focuses on strengthening democracy, increasing youth participation, and policy development. Participants engage in discussions, workshops, and networking to generate ideas and recommendations shaping Europe’s democratic future.

International exposure, direct engagement with policymakers, leadership and policy-making experience, and a strong global network.

Applicants must be 18–35 years old, active in youth organizations, activism, media, or policy, and able to work in English or French, with availability for the full event duration.
