Royal Thai Government Scholarships 2025

The Royal Thai Government Scholarships 2025 offer fully funded opportunities for international students to pursue Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degrees in Thailand. The program includes three scholarship schemes focused on fields such as infrastructure development, energy technology, oil and gas, natural resources, and environmental engineering, administered with support from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT). Benefits include tuition coverage, accommodation and living expenses, along with opportunities for coursework, research and outreach experiences.

Have an outstanding education record in a 4-year Undergraduate Program and 2-year Master’s Program from an accredited institution in related fields; GPA of Bachelor’s and Master’s degree ≥ 3.5. Two recommendation letters; Research proposal; English proficiency scores as required by AIT Language Center (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
