Chi Limited (Chivita | Hollandia) Technical Trainee Programme 2026 – Nigeria

The Technical Trainee Programme is a structured early-career development initiative by Chi Limited designed to attract and develop young technical talents. It provides practical exposure to manufacturing operations, engineering processes, maintenance, and process improvement within the FMCG industry, combining classroom learning, hands-on experience, and on-the-job training. Participants receive structured training with opportunities for career growth and exposure to the company’s operations.

Applicants must hold an HND or B.Sc in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or related disciplines, have 0–2 years of relevant work experience, have completed NYSC, and demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
