Indo-Pacific NGO Blended Finance Accelerator 2026

The Indo-Pacific NGO Blended Finance Accelerator 2026 supports NGOs to design and scale blended finance vehicles that mobilize private capital for climate action and gender equality across eligible Indo-Pacific countries. It combines catalytic grants with technical acceleration support and offers grants and acceleration across multiple stages of project development. The program is launched by Convergence Blended Finance in partnership with the Australian DFAT, and concept notes are accepted with a deadline of July 20, 2026.

Catalytic grants and acceleration support, including training, data and analytics, peer-learning, technical feedback, and connections to investors and partners.

Applications are open to NGOs (individually or in consortium) with a role in designing or implementing the blended finance instrument and projects operating in eligible Indo-Pacific countries.
