NCDMB Oil and Gas Training Program For Nigerians 2026

The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) Oil and Gas Field Readiness Training Program is a large-scale initiative to train Nigerian youths in high-demand oil and gas industry skills. The program provides hands-on training, industry-recognized certifications, and preparation for employment in Nigeria’s energy sector, with support such as stipends and health provisions during the training period.

Monthly stipends during the training period, free medical checks and health insurance, personal protective equipment (PPE), hands-on training and industry-recognized certifications, and internships with partner companies

Applicants must be Nigerian citizens, below 35 years of age, and hold a minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Engineering, Sciences, Technology, or related disciplines.
