AfDB Internship Programme 2026

The African Development Bank (AfDB) Internship Programme 2026 invites enrolled master’s students to undertake an internship within the Bank. The programme supports hands-on experience in various fields aligned with the Bank’s strategic priorities and operations across Africa. Participants gain exposure to professional work within a multilateral development institution and related departments.

Monthly stipend; hands-on experience on real development projects; exposure to international development and professional networking.

Applicants must be enrolled in a master’s degree program and be within one year of having obtained such a degree; must be nationals of AfDB member countries; fluent in English or French; able to use standard software packages.
