Schneider Electric Apprenticeship Programme 2026

The 2026 Schneider Electric Apprenticeship Programme is a 24-month Technical & Engineering apprenticeship designed to provide hands-on experience and industry-recognized qualifications. Apprentices will work within Schneider Electric’s Services Business Unit and transition into Field Service Representative roles upon completion.

Paid apprenticeship with a monthly stipend; hands-on training; exposure to real business projects; career development and potential pathway to full-time roles

Nigerian graduates (2025 graduates or awaiting graduation within 6 months) with a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in eligible engineering fields.
