MOOC “Democracy and Autocracy in the EU’s Eastern Neighbourhood”

The MOOC offers a online course exploring democratic and autocratic systems in the EU’s Eastern Neighbourhood. It covers key characteristics, historical influences, and case studies, with activities over five weeks and a digital certificate on completion plus 3 ECTS. The course is delivered online, free of charge, and is open to University of Tartu students and the general public.
