Director at ERYICA

The European Youth Information and Counselling Agency (ERYICA) is seeking a Director to manage the organisation, guide strategic aims, and lead the Secretariat. The role involves overall governance, strategic development, fundraising, and representation to partners across Europe. It is a full-time position based in Luxembourg with travel across Europe and potential relocation of the head office.

Full-time contract, negotiable salary, 13th month salary from year two, 26 days of holidays, health insurance, supportive international work environment.

Open to EU citizens with a university degree and willingness to relocate to Luxembourg, plus experience in leadership, finance, and project management.
