The KAPSARC Graduate Development Program 2026 is a fully funded, one-year international training program in Saudi Arabia for graduates. It offers two tracks (Consulting and Enabling) and provides professional development, mentorship, and hands-on project experience in the energy sector. Participants gain practical experience while working on real projects, with opportunities for personal and professional growth and exposure to KAPSARC's multidisciplinary team.
