African German Young Leaders in Business (AGYLE) Program 2026

The AGYLE Program 2026 is an international programme that connects young leaders from selected African and European countries for long-term business network building. It includes collaborative exchanges and an AGYLE Live Week in Berlin, with a focus in 2026 on GreenTech and sustainable transformation. The program aims to develop innovative approaches, measure environmental impact, and foster African–European collaborations.

Participants benefit from international and professional exchange within the network and opportunities offered by the programme, including the Live Week in Berlin and collaboration on sustainable business initiatives.

Applicants are no older than 40 years, have at least 3 years of executive experience or have started their own business, and come from or have worked for at least 5 years in Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Morocco, Rwanda, Senegal, Tunisia, Germany, or Austria. They should be committed to creating a sustainable future and to joining the AGYLE Alumni Network.
