OPEC Fund for International Development Young Professional Development Program 2026

The Young Professional Development Program (YPDP) is a structured two-year program designed to prepare young professionals from the OPEC Fund’s member countries for a career in global development. It provides training, coaching and mentoring, rotation among different departments, and access to professional networks, with potential for a role at the OPEC Fund upon completion.

Training, coaching and mentoring; exposure to different fields within the organization; access to professional networks; potential job offer after completion based on performance and business need.

OPEC Fund Member Country national; be 30 years of age or younger at the time of application; have at least a Master’s degree; fluent in English; minimum 3 years of work experience; field of study related to the Fund’s operations.
