CBRC 2026 Travel Grants

The Cancer Biology Research Center (CBRC) at Tel Aviv University offers travel grants of up to $500 each to partially support active participation in international conferences, workshops, or courses relevant to cancer research. Grants are awarded for meetings held abroad through 2026-12-31 and may be limited by number of applicants per meeting or lab. Applicants must submit a short CV, a supervisor recommendation letter, the research abstract submitted to the meeting, and details of the event.

Up to $500 toward travel/participation costs; entitlement may be exercised for up to six months from notification; grants may be limited to one student per meeting or per lab.

Tel Aviv University students, post-doctoral fellows, medical students, residents, and research associates; only applicants who did not receive CBRC travel grants in the last two years may apply.

Submit electronically a short NIH-style CV (up to 3 pages), a one-page supervisor recommendation letter, the research abstract submitted to the meeting (up to 1 page), and conference details. Submission mail should include subject line: “CBRC Travel grants 2026 - Name of applicant”. Requests reviewed in early July 2026; grant provided after receipt of a written invitation to actively participate.
