Chemistry Undergraduate Scholarships and Research Support

A set of undergraduate scholarships and summer research support opportunities administered by the Department of Chemistry for undergraduate students. Applicants may request academic-year scholarships or summer research support and must provide supporting materials such as transcripts, a statement of interest, resume, and letters of support. Award amounts vary by individual scholarship or support award. The programme is managed via the WiSH (Wisconsin Scholarship Hub) application system.

Undergraduate students who are chemistry majors or conducting undergraduate research with a chemistry faculty or staff member; transfer students must be currently enrolled as undergraduates at UW–Madison and attach prior transcripts.

Apply through the WiSH Dashboard; upload unofficial transcripts, a statement of interest, resume, and provide names/emails for letter(s) of support as requested.
