Young Leaders Program 2026

The Young Leaders Program is a bilateral leadership development programme organised to develop skills of young leaders and to establish new relationships on both sides of the Baltic Sea. It combines lectures, meetings and professional exchanges and comprises two residential sessions in Sweden and Estonia. Participants interact with distinguished leaders from various sectors and exchange expertise within the group. The programme aims to foster networking and future Swedish-Estonian collaborations.

Participation includes lectures, meetings, professional exchange, networking opportunities and interaction with distinguished leaders during two residential sessions.

Participants are selected from a range of sectors such as academia, business, culture, NGOs, politics and the public sector.

Apply during the stated application period; interviews with candidates take place in January and February 2026 and participants are selected by April 2026. (Application pages linked on organiser website.)
