Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) 2025

The Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global internship initiative by Unilever designed to identify and develop a pipeline of future leaders. It is open to undergraduate and master’s degree students and runs for eight weeks, with participants working at Unilever offices on live projects across multiple host countries.

Exposure to a leading global consumer goods company, development of professional skills, and potential for future career opportunities within Unilever.

Open to undergraduate students and students pursuing a Master’s degree.
