Hokkaido University MEXT Scholarship 2025 in Japan

The Hokkaido University MEXT Scholarship 2025 provides financial support for international students to pursue Master’s and PhD degree programs at Hokkaido University in Japan. It covers full financial support including tuition and enrollment fees, airfare, and a monthly stipend. The program is available for new students applying for the October 2025 enrollment, with deadlines set by each department.

Tuition and enrollment fees exempted; airfare; monthly stipend; application and matriculation fees exempted.

All international students currently residing outside of Japan are eligible to apply.
