Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Programme 2026

Applications are open for the 2026 Stanbic IBTC Digital Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme targets digitally savvy graduates to develop them for future digital and technology objectives within Stanbic IBTC Group. It is a structured, intensive programme aimed at fast-tracking careers in technology and banking services.

Minimum of a Second Class Upper degree in an Information Technology related course from an accredited university; must be no older than 26 years at engagement; NYSC completed with discharge certificate; clear statement of Date of Birth, Gender and Class of Degree.
