Stanbic Bank Graduate Trainee Programme 2026

Applications are open for the 2026 Stanbic Bank Graduate Trainee Programme. The program is an intensive trainee scheme designed to develop young, talented graduates for Stanbic IBTC Group, with placements in Lagos and potential deployment to other locations. It aims to build capacity and create a sustainable pipeline of trained professionals for the group.

Applicants must be Nigerian graduates, with a minimum of a Second Class Upper degree, and must have completed NYSC with discharge certificate in hand. Age not more than 26 at engagement.
