Peter Drucker Challenge Essay Contest 2026

The Peter Drucker Challenge Essay Contest is a yearly competition that forms part of the Global Peter Drucker Forum. It invites young people to submit an essay on the theme of culture as it relates to organizations, innovation and society, in one of two categories: Student or Professional. Winners receive cash prizes and a range of benefits including conference access and travel support.

Cash prizes for Gold, Silver and Bronze awards; complimentary conference pass; travel and accommodation; visa support; networking opportunities and publications.

Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, inclusive; participation rules vary by category and past results (past placement may affect eligibility).

Submit an essay in PDF or Word, between 1,500 and 3,000 words, in English (Student or Professional category).
