The NNPC/Oando Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) 2025 for young Nigerian graduates

The NNPC/Oando Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) is an 18-month programme designed to develop recent graduates who have potential to become leaders in the energy sector. It provides structured experiential learning and aims to prepare participants for career opportunities within the sector. The programme includes hands-on training and networking with industry professionals.

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, or Economics; be not older than 26 as of January 1, 2025; have completed NYSC by April 2025; have no more than two years of work experience; and meet specific academic results requirements.
