The NNPC/Oando Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) is an 18-month programme designed to develop recent graduates who have potential to become leaders in the energy sector. Eligibility
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2.1 in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, or Economics; be not older than 26 as of January 1, 2025; have completed NYSC by April 2025; have no more than two years of work experience; and meet specific academic results requirements.
