Beasiswa HES (Huayu Enrichment Scholarship) provides an opportunity for international students to undertake Mandarin language courses in Taiwan. Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school or equivalent; other academic merit and good character considerations apply as stated in the program guidelines.
