Beasiswa HES (Huayu Enrichment Scholarship) provides an opportunity for international students to undertake Mandarin language courses in Taiwan. The program offers a one-year duration with a monthly stipend and covers course fees, aimed at fostering cultural understanding and interaction between Taiwan and the international community.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have completed high school or equivalent; other academic merit and good character considerations apply as stated in the program guidelines.

Submit required documents to the Taipei Economic and Trade Office in Jakarta and apply online at the MOE Taiwan scholarship portal.
