Code for MENA Civic Tech Hackathon & Fellowship 2025

The Code for MENA Civic Tech Hackathon & Fellowship 2025 is a three-month fellowship program for civil society activists, developers, and designers from the Middle East and North Africa. Selected fellows receive hands-on training, mentorship, and resources, culminating in a virtual hackathon where winning teams may receive seed funding and ongoing support, including a fully-funded trip to Bangkok for the winners.

Hands-on training, one-on-one mentorship, seed funding opportunities for top finalists, certificate of fellowship completion, membership in a peer network, networking with regional and global leaders, ongoing follow-up support, and a fully-funded trip to Bangkok for winning teams to attend ICSW.

Applicants must be aged 18–40 and residents of Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, or Syria. Individuals, teams, and organizations may apply; no specific project idea required.
