EU Civic Tech Hackathon

The EU Civic Tech Hackathon is organized by the European Commission and invites individuals and organisations to develop digital tools or ideas to upgrade democratic participation. The event takes place on 22–23 June 2026, alongside the High-Level Event on Democracy, with the aim of strengthening democratic resilience and citizen engagement across the EU. Travel and accommodation are covered by the Commission.
