Expert Principal – Chef d’Équipe – Communication stratégique et visibilité

The Expert Principal – Chef d’Équipe oversees the implementation of the project’s communication strategy funded by the European Union in Chad, coordinating external campaigns and visibility initiatives aligned with EU priorities. The position is based in N’Djamena, Chad, for 24 months with a planned start on 2025-07-16. It requires leadership of a team, management of media relations, and collaboration with local and international stakeholders to raise the visibility of the EU’s actions in Chad.

A master's degree (or equivalent) plus significant professional experience in communications, public relations or related fields; at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role is expected.
