The TWAS-ICCBS Postdoctoral Fellowship Programme 2025 offers postdoctoral research opportunities at the International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) in Karachi, Pakistan. It is aimed at young scientists from developing countries (except Pakistan) in specified natural science fields, for research conducted at ICCBS facilities. Fellows receive a monthly stipend to cover living costs for a period of six to twelve months.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen

Applicants must be a maximum age of 45 on 31 December of the application year, nationals of a developing country (excluding Pakistan), hold a PhD in a natural sciences field, not hold visa to reside in Pakistan or other developed countries, and be regularly employed in a developing country. They must provide health certification, a Preliminary Acceptance Letter from ICCBS, proof of English proficiency if applicable, and assurances of return to their home country after the fellowship.

Bewerbung

Applicants must obtain an Acceptance Letter from ICCBS and submit it with their application, including CV, research proposal outline, two recommendation letters, and signed reference letters; format and submission details are provided by TWAS.
