ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) Young Professionals Programme 2026 for West African Graduates

The ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development (EBID) Young Professionals Programme is a two-year fixed-term trainee staff programme for recent graduates to rotate through the bank’s departments at its Lomé, Togo headquarters. Selected candidates are treated as professional staff with a salary and benefits package and potential for conversion to a permanent contract after the probation period, contingent on performance.

Salary and benefits including post-adjustment allowance, housing and transport allowance, family grant where applicable, pension scheme membership, and insurance coverage.

Applicants must be citizens of ECOWAS Member States, under 30 at recruitment, hold a Master’s degree or equivalent relevant to EBID’s activities, and have strong analytical, organizational and research skills with proficiency in English, French or Portuguese.
