Rising Stars is an online mentorship program that connects mentees seeking guidance to on-the-ground experts to help launch or improve participatory programs. It targets advocates, policymakers and program managers, offering expert coaching for government officials, staff, and civil society partners. The program is implemented in collaboration with Coglobal within the Nets4Dem project framework.

Submit an online mentorship application; complete an orientation session; be matched with a mentor or mentoring group; engage in planned calls over six months.
