Rising Stars is an online mentorship program that connects mentees seeking guidance to on-the-ground experts to help launch or improve participatory programs. It targets advocates, policymakers and program managers, offering expert coaching for government officials, staff, and civil society partners. The program is implemented in collaboration with Coglobal within the Nets4Dem project framework.
Benefits

Activists in civil society organizations and governments, government officials and community partners planning or implementing participatory programs.
