Feminist Leadership Accelerator for Change (FLAC) Fellowship 2026

The Feminist Leadership Accelerator for Change (FLAC) Fellowship is a 12-month fellowship hosted by the Soul City Institute for Social Justice. It aims to nurture feminist leadership among young African women, providing immersive learning, peer dialogue, practical action, and a Community Accelerator Project. The fellowship supports participants with mentorship, professional development, and a network of changemakers.

Transformational learning and feminist leadership training; mentorship and peer dialogue; practical action through the Community Accelerator Project; professional development and job readiness support; membership in a sisterhood of changemakers.

Applicants must be 19–25 years old, hold at least a high school certificate, diploma, or undergraduate degree, self-identify as a woman, and reside in South Africa, Lesotho, Eswatini, Botswana, or Zimbabwe.
