The Feminist Leadership Accelerator for Change (FLAC) Fellowship is a 12-month fellowship hosted by the Soul City Institute for Social Justice. It aims to nurture feminist leadership among young African women, providing immersive learning, peer dialogue, practical action, and a Community Accelerator Project. The fellowship supports participants with mentorship, professional development, and a network of changemakers.

Eligibility
