The King’s Commonwealth Fellowship Programme PhD Fellowships offer a unique opportunity for fellows from Commonwealth Small Island Developing States to undertake a PhD in their home country while working, with joint supervision from a partner university elsewhere in the Commonwealth. Fellows enroll in a PhD program in their home country and may attend periods of study or research methods training at partner institutions in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom.

Requisitos
Applicants must have a Master’s degree or equivalent, be enrolling or intending to enroll in a PhD research degree at an ACU SIDS member university in the 2025/26 academic year, and their PhD subject must fall within one of the four KCFP research areas (Climate change/environment, Education, Engineering, and Health). Citizenship or refugee status must be in a Commonwealth SIDS.
Cómo postularte
Identify a potential supervisor, prepare a 2,000-word research proposal, submit via the King’s online portal (KCL Application System), and complete a separate funding application.
