The Getty Foundation Scholar Grants provide support for innovative research about art and its histories, hosting scholars in residence at Getty institutions. The program offers stipends, workspace, research assistance, a travel stipend, housing, and healthcare options, for a specified residency period.

Avantages

Residency at Getty Center or Getty Villa, stipend(s) for 3- to 9-month periods, travel stipend, housing, research assistance, workstation, healthcare option.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Scholar Grant applicants should have received a PhD before September 1, 2022. Applicants from related fields without a PhD but with commensurate professional experience will also be considered. Those who earned their PhD after September 1, 2022 should apply for a Postdoctoral Fellowship.
