Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2026-2027

The Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2026–2027 (Heydar Aliyev International Education Grant Program) is a fully funded government scholarship for international students to study bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, general medicine, medical residency, or preparatory courses in Azerbaijan. It covers tuition, a monthly stipend, international travel, health insurance, and visa/residency support across participating universities. The program aims to strengthen international education ties and offers study opportunities across a wide range of programs and fields.

Applicants must be officially nominated by the relevant government authorities of eligible countries and may pursue bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, general medicine, or medical residency programs, subject to age requirements by program.
