Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2026/27

The Azerbaijan Government Scholarship 2026/27 is an international education grant program funded by the Azerbaijani government. It supports preparatory courses, undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and general medicine/medical residency studies in Azerbaijan, with about 100 scholarships awarded for the 2026-2027 academic year. The scholarship is fully funded and includes airfare, tuition, a monthly living stipend, accommodation, educational materials, medical insurance, and visa/registration support.

Open to international students; citizens of Azerbaijan are not eligible. Age limits apply by program: undergrad and general medicine applicants must be under 35; graduate and medical residency under 40; doctoral under 45.

Submit documents via designated authorities; nominees are selected and then proceed to the Study in Azerbaijan Centralized Admission Service (SIACAS) for the second stage.
