RSF Berlin Fellowship 2026

The RSF Berlin Fellowship is a program for journalists from countries with restricted press freedom. It provides a fellowship in Berlin with a comprehensive safety training, digital security skills, and opportunities for networking and professional development. Fellows receive housing, a monthly stipend, travel and health insurance, and access to a co-working space and networking events.

Visa and travel expenses, furnished studio apartment, monthly stipend, travel and health insurance, internal transportation within Germany, access to a co-working space, networking opportunities, and psychosocial support.

Open to working journalists with at least three years of professional experience, including staff, freelance, or citizen journalists.

Submit an online application form, a scan of your passport, CV, and contact information for two professional references.
