Informations

Joint funding initiative by ICSSR (India) and JSPS (Japan) to support collaborative research projects and joint seminars in social sciences and humanities between India and Japan. It aims to build international research networks, promote knowledge exchange, and support early-career researchers.

Avantages

Financial support for research activities, international and domestic travel, maintenance allowances, and seminar logistics.

Conditions d'éligibilité

Indian applicants must hold a permanent position, be employed at a recognized institution, hold a PhD or equivalent, and demonstrate strong research capability with an established publication record. Japanese participants must belong to universities or research institutes under JSPS.

Candidature

Indian researchers submit to ICSSR; Japanese researchers submit matching applications to JSPS.
