ANSO-CAS-TWAS/UNESCO PhD Scholarship 2025-2026

Applications are open for the ANSO-CAS-TWAS/UNESCO PhD Scholarship 2025-2026. The scholarship funds doctoral studies in China for up to four years, with preferred consideration given to Least Development Countries and women. Benefits include a tuition waiver, a monthly stipend, health insurance, an application fee waiver, international travel allowance, and visa support.

Eligible applicants should NOT hold Chinese citizenship; applicants must be nationals of eligible developing countries in the South; applicants should be proficient in English or Chinese; for PhD applicants, must be born after January 1, 1990; must meet admission criteria for international students at USTC/UCAS; must not hold a current doctoral degree or undertake other assignments during the scholarship period.
