Open Society Fellowships in Investigative Reporting are 18-month fellowships for young journalists to develop in-depth investigative reporting skills. The programme includes study at Wits University, a semester at Rhodes University, a six-month internship, and attendance at two international investigative journalism conferences. Fellows are fully sponsored, including tuition/travel costs and a stipend.

Conditions d'éligibilité
Candidates for the BA Hons must meet two years of journalism experience and be eligible for Wits Honours; candidates for the MA must have at least two years of journalism experience and be eligible for Wits MA. The programme preferentially supports black and female candidates.
