Bourses d’excellence MISTRAL en France 2026-2027

The MISTRAL Excellence Scholarships in France is a fully funded scholarship program for foreign students enrolled in higher education abroad who wish to pursue a Master’s degree at Avignon University in France. The scholarship targets high-achieving international students and covers an annual grant, with renewal possible for a second year subject to academic excellence.
